Master Plan Rexamination Hearing - Monday, June 19, 2017
NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING 2017 MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Bergenfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 8:00PM, in the Council Chambers at the Bergenfield Municipal Building, 198 N. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, New Jersey, 07621, regarding consideration and potential adoption of a revised 2017 Master Plan Reexamination for the Borough of Bergenfield, prepared for the Borough of Bergenfield Planning Board by Chuck McGroarty, PP, AICP, revised draft dated February 2017.
THIS NOTICE is given in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law, NJSA 40:55D-1 et seq., including NJSA 40:55D-13, and is also published, as required by law. Any interested persons may have an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing on this matter. Interested persons may appear either in person, or by their attorney, and present any questions, comments, and/or objections which they may have regarding this matter.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, at least 10 days before the above-referenced hearing date, a copy of the Master Plan, as well as any supporting documentation, which is to be considered and/or proposed for adoption at the above-referenced public hearing, will be on file and available for public inspection at the Office of Borough Clerk, during normal business hours, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (holidays excepted).

FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map and Flood Insurance Study
FEMA has provided the Borough with a copy of the revised preliminary copies of the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for review and comment. No new flood hazard information has been presented in the FIRM panels and FIS report for Bergenfield. However, since Bergenfield is geographically located on one or more of the revised map panels, FEMA will continue to share information at key processing stages during the map update. Digital copies of the revised FIRM and FIS report materials can be found at https://msc.fema.gov/portal. Please note, the Bergenfield map number is 34003C0192J.
