BERGENFIELD, NJ -- Bergenfield seniors had hot meals delivered to them again this Wednesday by members of the Borough Council. These deliveries take place every Wednesday thanks to the generosity of Ridgewood Feed the Front Lines and the Health Barn Foundation as well as resource coordination by the Bergen County Food Task Force led by Marisa Tugultschinow and Commissioner Tracy Zur.
“The Council and I are extremely grateful to our community partners for working with the Borough to ensure that our seniors get free hot meals delivered to them every week,” said Mayor Amatorio. “Without these outstanding organizations, none of this would be possible. It is critical that we take care of our senior residents and help them in any way that we can especially during this health crisis.”
