Bergenfield's annual Holiday Party and Tree Lighting will take place on Saturday, December 1, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Cooper's Pond. The event is sponsored by TD Bank in conjunction the Bergenfield DPW Employees Association, Bergenfield Recreation Committee.
During the hours of 1 – 4 pm., hot dogs, hot pretzels, popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate will be available until supplies run out.
Santa Claus will be present to distribute gifts and candy canes for children ages 12 & under from 1:15 – 4:30 pm.
Parents are encouraged to bring their cameras.
There will be two horse drawn carriages and a children’s train ride with an elf. Bergenfield’s Christmas Tree Lighting will take place at approximately 4:30 pm.
